Telephone your local intergroup office. They can provide local meeting information and often find an immediate contact person for you.
Attend a meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous. All meetings are open to those who think they may have a problem with alcohol. Install the Meeting Guide App on your phone or use the Meeting Guide on our website.
Can’t find or access a meeting near you? Join one of over 150,000 online meetings published on the AA Intergroup website. These meetings are held all day, every day, in every country, so if the desire hits you at 3:00 am, join a meeting in Australia!
