As a New GSR, it is important for you to attend your District business meetings so you can bring your Group Conscious to your DCM. Your DCM will then take your Group Conscious to the Area meetings and inform the Delegate who will share them at the General Service Conference.
The Delegate will then report back to the Area and the DCMs (and GSRs who attend the Area meetings) what happened at the General Service Conference. The DCMs will the give that information to all of the GSRs at the District meeting and you, as the GSR, shares it with your Group at their business meetings. Your HomeGroup members will then discuss the information and create a new Group Conscious and the process starts again.
However, for this cycle to happen, you need to know where and when your District holds their business meetings.
